Scope of Data Deletion

Once we receive your official request, the following actions will be completed within three (3) business days:

• Your contact information will be permanently removed from our marketing and communication databases.

• You will no longer receive promotional emails, SMS messages, or phone calls from Prime International College.

• Any data stored solely for marketing and analytics purposes will be securely deleted.

These steps ensure your personal information is not used for future promotional activities.

Important Notice for Current and Former Students

If you are currently enrolled or have previously studied at Prime International College, please note that complete deletion of your records may not be possible due to legal and regulatory requirements under Canadian educational standards.

This includes obligations set by:

• The Ministry of Colleges and Universities (Ontario)

• The National Association of Career Colleges (NACC)

Your academic and administrative records must be retained as required by law. However, we will ensure that your personal information is excluded from all future marketing, outreach, and promotional communications. Only the minimum required data necessary to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements will be securely retained.
