Program Overview
The English as a Second Language (ESL) program at Prime International College of Health Care and Technology is designed to support learners in developing strong English language proficiency for everyday communication, academic preparation, and workplace integration in Canada.

Program Structure
Level 1: Beginner – 39 Hours

Level 2: Elementary – 39 Hours

This level builds on foundational knowledge and focuses on improving communication in routine and practical situations.

Level 3: Intermediate – 39 Hours
Overview
This level supports learners in developing more independent language use, focusing on fluency, comprehension, and communication in a wider range of real-life contexts.

Learners improve their ability to express ideas, participate in discussions, and understand more detailed spoken and written English in social and academic settings.
