Admission Requirements for PSW
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or mature student status
- Grade 12 English (C or U) or equivalent
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Proof of immunization as required by healthcare partners
- Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
